Job Summary
Provide support in relation to activities to ensure the business areas have accurate data on which to monitor and improve sales performance, meet compliance, governance requirements and support the activities development and operation of wider projects and business as usual activity to ensure the wider sales function is operating effectively and efficiently.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Administration, Unit Link Operations, Payment Operations, or Policy Services, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong understanding of Unit Link products, policy servicing processes, premium/payment operations, insurance regulations, and operational risk controls.
