Overview
Grow & develop business in assigned markets & accounts by selling & executing planned territory initiatives and effectively coach frontline sales team for improved execution
Responsibilities
•Develop regional business strategy through wider - deeper Key Account & indirect coverage.•Ensure PGSB execution.•Drive direct coverage agenda for potential accounts with AU teams.•Manning deployment basis RU AOP budget & coaching to develop team capability•Put in place robust tracking measures for RU functioning•Drive ownership on region costs with strong control measures.•To set team KPIs with periodic review, actionable feedback & support
