**Position Description:**

Manages a unit within a department. Plans, organizes and develops goals and procedures for the unit. Represents the unit to administrators, outside agencies and others on relevant matters. Supervises subordinate staff.

**Major/Essential Functions:**

Coordinate all scheduling related to performances, masterclasses, special events, and ad hoc internal bookings.
Maintain performance calendar in Ad Astra, Calendarwiz, and Outlook. Ensure marketing and recording staff are kept up to date on all relevant events.

Recruit, train, and supervise a group of student workers to serve as stage crew for events in all regular performance venues.
