Job Description
POSITION: Unit Manager
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the co-packer site — covering production coordination, dispatch execution, compliance documentation, and material management while serving as the primary interface between the site, supply planning, logistics, and commercial teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Production & Operations Coordination
• Prepare and submit the Daily Production Report (DPR) and RM/PM closing report.
• Release and track production (purchase orders) and dispatch (invoicing) schedules in coordination with supply planning; confirm and communicate updates to the ESC & sales teams.
• Maintain RM/PM consumption and wastage records accurately.
• Ensure RM/PM availability at site is aligned to the RSF plan, flag risks proactively.
• Responsible to adhering to core KPIs of Yield, Throughputs and other executions KPI’s
• Engage in daily shop floor time for review, governance and team coa...
