Unit Manager – Electrical Contracting

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and development-oriented unit manager to lead our electrical contracting business in Southeast Finland. The position is based in Eastern Finland (Lappeenranta, Kouvola, Imatra).

Responsibilities

The role involves managing electrical projects, leading and supporting the team, resource planning, tendering, acquiring new projects, developing customer relationships, and monitoring operations.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background, experience in project management and business leadership, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
