As Underwriting Manager at AXA XL Spain, your mission will be taking the lead on all the key aspects of the underwriting operations in Construction business within the Country in accordance with the regional and divisional guidelines. This includes but is not limited to portfolio profitability, account pricing, portfolio rate change, renewal retention, marketing, new business production, development of staff and broker and client management.

• Leading and developing a team of Underwriters. Supporting the team by providing technical training and coaching on a day to day and, as required, more formalized basis.
