Undergraduate Program Administrator, Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering

Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering Team in the Schulich School of Engineering is currently seeking a Full-time Temporary Relief Undergraduate Program Administrator for approximately 18 months. Reporting to the Department Operations Manager, the Undergraduate Program Administrator provides specialized administrative support to the department in the operation of the undergraduate program(s). The incumbent will have frequent interaction with the Department Head, Associate Head of Undergraduate Studies, faculty members, and other units in the Schulich School of Engineering.

Working within a framework of established policies and procedures, the incumbent will be required to use a high degree of initiative and independent judgment to ensure accuracy and that deadlines are met.
