Ultrasonographer, Maternity Ultrasound

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced sonographer who is interested in expanding their scope of practice to work within our friendly team. This post would suit someone with excellent obstetric and gynaecology scanning skills and we welcome applications from registered sonographers with a Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma or Masters in Medical Ultrasound.

Ashford & St Peter's NHS Trust Maternity & Gynaecology is based across two sites with the main department situated at St. Peter's Hospital and a smaller one at Ashford Hospital.

We have 8 ultrasound rooms both sites, 7 of which have GE VolusonE8/E10 machines and one Samsung W10. A range of obstetric examinations from early pregnancy to term are performed, including maternal and fetal Doppler studies, together with 3D TV gynaecology scans (training can be provided for these techniques).
