The opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting team. You’ll work on some of the most exciting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland, helping clients build sustainable change and enhance their people capabilities. This is your chance to shape impactful learning strategies and lead change initiatives that make a real difference.
Your key responsibilities
You’ll design and deliver strategic training and change management plans aligned with client goals.

You’ll lead the full project lifecycle, from concept to implementation, and support initiatives across organisational design, culture, leadership, and team effectiveness.

You’ll create tailored training programmes, manage project governance, and evaluate impact.

You’ll also build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to business development.
