Position: UK-Based Legal Experts: US Finance
Type: Contract
Compensation: $130–$170/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create and review realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, and leveraged buyouts.
- Simulate fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring to enhance AI model training
