What's the role?
Sky News is seeking a skilled and adaptable News Camera Operator to join our team in London. You'll be responsible for capturing compelling visual content for daily broadcasts, breaking news events and feature stories. This is a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven role that requires both technical precision and strong news instincts.
This role is based in London and will be offered as a two‑year Max Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate professional ENG and Full Frame cameras in the field, managing lighting, composition, and audio for both live shots and feature stories.
Set up and operate live shots via LiveU and handle multi‑camera shoots, managing return IFB and ensuring seamless execution under high‑pressure breaking news situations.
