UI/UX Engineer (Toronto)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-centric, responsive UI/UX solutions using Figma and React
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Translate design mockups into high-quality front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React)
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Conduct usability testing and user research to improve product design
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG standards) and best UI/UX practices are followed
• Contribute to design consistency and standardization across platforms
• Integrate UI components with backend/data systems where required
• Explore and support integration of GenAI-based UI features (RAG, prompt-driven UX)

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Figma (design, prototyping, wireframes)
• Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based architecture
