Job Description
UHT Production Supervisor
Required for a reputable FMCG company based in Humansdorp, Eastern Cape .
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years previous Supervisory experience in a dairy or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- A suitable qualification to facilitate good manufacturing practices and sound staff management principles.
- Previous experience and knowledge of the Tetra Pak Filling machines will be an advantage.
- Strong product knowledge skills.
- Excellent housekeeping skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performance team consisting of Filling machine operators, Downstream Operators, and General Workers.
