UC Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Pre-sales to conduct POC to customrs.

Develop and maintain user guides to hand over to Post Sales Team.

Poseses technical skills to implement projects & complete on time.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or Telecommunications preferred.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in UC industry and involved in Project or Post sales of medium to large Infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of experience in each area with Cisco Collaboration Portfolio.
• CCNP certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge on Cisco Collaboration (CUCM, CUC, IM/P, Voice Gateway, CUBE, Expressway, CMS).
• Willing to adapt and learn new skills, including non-technical skills.
• Willingly to learn, prepare and present Low Level Design, UAT Plan & support tender for Submission.
