We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with User Acceptance Testing(UAT) activities, support system validation for enhancements and updates, and ensure testing processes are carried out accurately and efficiently to support smooth programme operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Execution
Execute test cases and perform system validation using the designated testing environment or application
Ensure all testing steps are carried out accurately and completely
Record and update test results in the tracking system
2. Issue Tracking & Reporting
Identify, document, and report any failed test cases or system issues
Escalate defects or discrepancies to the relevant technical or functional leads
Monitor issue resolution status and provide updates when required
