Scope
Ensure Production Management by overseeing the daily operations of the decoration and assembly processes for plastic molded parts, ensuring production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines.
Guarantee Quality Assurance by implementing and maintaining quality control processes to guarantee products meet cosmetic packaging standards, addressing and resolving any quality issues promptly.
Ensure Resource Management by managing human and material resources efficiently to ensure optimized production and the availability of necessary materials and equipment for uninterrupted production.
