UAE Tax Associate (Lawyer)

Your responsibilities:

• Advising (drafting legal opinions) on various tax issues, including taxes in the Middle East countries and other matters of international taxation;
• Settling disputes with tax authorities out of court;
• Handling disputes with tax authorities;
• Speaking at public events on tax matters.

The successful applicant will:

• Be versed in the relevant laws and regulations of the UAE and other GCC states;
• Have a qualification in law confirmed by a reputable institution;
• Have a minimum of two years of legal practice in the UAE;
