Job Description
UAE National - Admin Support - Wireline Services
Responsibilities:
- Supporting planning and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate schedules and forecasts.
- Assisting in billing and invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and customer requirements.
- Maintaining administrative control of job records, reports and documentation, customer-related data.
- Providing coordination support between service delivery teams, finance and billing teams, customers and external stakeholders.
- Tracking and reporting key operational metrics (planning accuracy, billing status, backlog tracking).
- Ensuring timely communication and follow-up on operational and customer requests.
