UAE Commercial Leader - Pharma Growth & Partnerships

Julphar in the UAE is seeking a Head of Commercial Department who will lead the sales and KAM teams, drive revenue growth, and align commercial strategy with marketing.

This role requires a pharmacist/medical background, 15+ years in pharma, and strong leadership with UAE market knowledge. The position reports to the GCC director and will oversee planning, forecasting, and product listings across hospitals and pharmacies.
