The Turn Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the scheduling and the quality and control of change of occupancy housing units between residents. The Supervisor is responsible for supervising all employees and contractors directly related to the task of turning homes. The Supervisor schedules all homes in turn, assigns inspectors and contractors, provides contract compliance, assures safety, and provides training procedures.
