Preparation and execution Turbine assembly shop plan – monthly. To monitor work progress by PDCA method and finalize the job handover dates to packing shop To arrange skill-based manpower and necessary machine, positioners to achieve targeted LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters mainly hydro test, mandrel, clearance setting, Module measurements. To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines To check the shop record sheets and check sheets filled by workmen and supervisor To ensure effective implementation of IMS management systems Doing project delay analysis: plan vs actual, finding reasons for delays using PDCA method.
