Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test GPS tracking devices in various types of vehicles
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of GPS units and related automotive electrical systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of installed devices
- Provide technical support to clients regarding GPS functionality and concerns
- Ensure proper wiring, connection, and system integration during installation
- Prepare and submit installation and service reports accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the team for scheduling of installations and service requests
- Adhere to safety standards and company procedures during fieldwork
- Assist in inventory handling of tools and GPS devices when needed
