Job Overview

Rygor Auto, a Mercedes‑Benz dealership in Gloucester, is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to maintain vehicles and provide high‑quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform major and minor repairs to Mercedes‑Benz trucks.
• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Manage workshop inventory and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist repair teams in diagnosing and planning repairs.
• Maintain records in Keyloop/Kerridge and complete documentation.
• Handle warranty claims and escalations as needed.
• Perform wheel alignment and tyre fitting.
• Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and compliance.
• Complete customer documentation within agreed time scales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI qualification in HGV Vehicle Repair & Maintenance.
