Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Truck Dispatching Sales role based in Gujranwala. The role involves identifying and contacting carriers and owner-operators, promoting Alpha Freight Network’s dispatch services, and closing sales to grow the client base in the USA trucking market. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, conducting follow-up calls and online meetings, negotiating service terms, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and agreements. The individual will collaborate closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, align service offerings with client needs, and support ongoing relationship management. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies, and participating in training to stay current with industry practices and company tools.
