Trilingual Health Psychologist & Care Coordinator (ES/PT/EN)

Lyra Health in Madrid seeks a trilingual clinical psychologist and case manager with 5–7 years of blended experience in direct psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and complex case management. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English (C2) and licensed to practice in Spain.

You will oversee the clinical journey for members, conduct evaluations, coordinate care with provider networks, maintain records in Salesforce, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
