Triage nurse to cover Allegheny County
Are you a nurse looking for a rewarding career where you can provide direct, one-on-one patient care? UPMC Your Care hires caring, skilled, compassionate registered nurses to join our At Home nursing team!
Monday - Friday daylight shifts 8:00 am-4:30 pm, On-call rotation 1-2 evenings per week and 1 weekend every 3 weekends from 4:00 pm-8:00 am, rotating holidays
As an RN with UPMC Your Care, you'll collaborate with our team of specialized nurses, paramedics, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, dietitians, aides, and trained administrative staff to provide personalized patient care in a home setting.
