Summary:The Treasury Management Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of Sales Advisors within a defined region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Work with the Sales Director and/or Sales Manager in the development of a sales strategy for the respective area of responsibility while ensuring the execution of the strategy.
+ Provide leadership; mentorship; and communicating direction and group strategy to the Sales Advisors in order to meet established Treasury Management goals.
+ Responsible for sales prospecting, product pricing and structuring, and customer proposals.
+ Develop and maintain profitable and quality cash management relationships with the largest and most complex customers.
+ Maintain and manage to weekly and monthly sales results and ensure the timely entering of weekly data and monitor for accuracy
