Job Description
Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes), one of Canada’s largest and most successful law firms, is currently looking for a Treasury Manager to join the Finance & Accounting department in the Toronto office.
Reporting to the Director, Finance and Administration, the Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing payments (accounts payable, A/P), cash receipts (accounts receivable, A/R) and cash management across the Firm. This includes optimizing cash and borrowing positions, while maintaining strong internal controls, efficient operations and minimizing financial risks.
Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts Oversight
Providing oversight of the Toronto A/P team and processes, including management of vendors, and review and approval of invoice and expense report payments
