Job Description
- Identify, evaluate, and secure funding opportunities through banks, financial institutions, mutual funds, development finance institutions, and other lending partners.
- Structure, negotiate, and execute various borrowing facilities, including term loans, working capital lines, and other debt instruments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and other key financial stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external lenders for timely documentation, due diligence, approvals, and disbursements.
- Monitor the organization's borrowing portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan covenants, repayment schedules, and regulatory requirements.
- Support debt servicing, refinancing, and liability management initiatives to optimize funding costs and maturity profiles.
