Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Cash Management & Payments
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting for Mexico entities
- Execute and monitor local payments via SPEI, SPID, checks, and bank transfers
- Support cross-border fund transfers or payments
- Process and record payment information in banking systems (data entry for payments), ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Prepare payment orders, coordinate with the accounting team, and monitor transaction status
- Maintain accurate records of all bank accounts, signatures, and authorized users
