Job Description
Responsibilities
- Fabricate cable trays including ladder type, perforated type and accessories.
- Perform cutting, bending, drilling, welding and assembly of tray components.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches and material schedules.
- Mark out materials accurately as per dimensions and specifications.
- Assemble tray sections, joints, bends, tees, reducers and fittings.
- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions and finishing quality of fabricated items.
- Work with materials such as GI sheets, MS sheets and aluminum where applicable.
- Coordinate with site installation team for fabrication requirements.
- Maintain fabrication tools, machinery and workshop cleanliness.
- Follow quality standards and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures in workshop and site environment.
