This hands-on field leadership position oversees day-to-day project activities, manages subcontractors, and ensures that construction crews consistently perform at a high level. The role requires a strong on-site presence, real-time problem solving, and close collaboration with Project Managers and client stakeholders to deliver projects on time and in line with established standards. Extensive travel is required, and overnight project support will be expected based on project needs.
