Travel Outpatient PT - 14-Week Contract, Benefits

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 14-week travel assignment in Bella Vista, AR. The position is outpatient with 40 hours per week and an ASAP start. Weekly gross pay is $2,028, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined and shifts of 8 hours per day.

Requirements include 1 year of recent PT experience, an active PT license, and current BLS/BCLS certification. EPIC EMR experience is preferred to support clinical documentation and patient care.
