- Job Requirements
- Must have professional license and/or certification as required for the position with primary source verification within 30 days of start date
- MGB Badge Photo required (color photo taken in past 6 months, plain background, no eyeglasses)
- MGB Radiation Badge Form required
- Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity via blood test
- Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months of start date
- Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days...
