Role Overview
The Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end booking processes, provide tailored itinerary recommendations, and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. This is an on-site position in Islamabad reporting to the Sales and Operations Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight, hotel and car reservations using GDS and agency reservation platforms.
- Issue and reissue tickets; process refunds and endorsements.
- Advise clients on route options, fares, baggage rules, travel documentation and visa guidance for common destinations.
