What you'll do
• Handle claims end-to-end, from first notification through to settlement
• Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Review documentation, verify coverage, and assess liability accurately
• Set appropriate reserves and manage claims within your authority
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate where appropriate
• Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance purposes
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies
