Trauma-Informed Youth Mentor for Residential Care

HCSA Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre in Singapore seeks a Therapeutic Care Worker (Youth Mentor) to provide trauma‑informed care, supervision and support to female adolescents who have suffered abuse or neglect. You will help meet their personal, educational and social needs in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include supervising residents, mentoring, crisis response, and delivering individual interventions based on care plans developed with the treatment team.
