Job Description

Job summary
The appointee will complete a 12 month placement within Trauma and complete on calls within Acute General Surgery. The Post is suitable for any Medical Graduate who has obtained GMC full registration in order to work in the UK. Previous NHS exposure (e.g. clinical attachments) is advantageous but is not essential. This post is a standalone Trust F1 post and the post holder will NOT be part of the South Thames Foundation School (STFS). Although these appointments are not accredited for training, the appointees will be expected to participate fully in the educational and training programmes within each department and the hospital. Appointees will have a named Educational Supervisor.
