Job Description
Trauma Data Lead
Act as a liaison between Omega and Client to ensure Client productivity goals are met, facilitate process issues that arise, be the point-of-contact for field employee questions related to systems, processes and/or trauma data, and escalate any quality or productivity issues to Omega. The Trauma Data Lead must maintain his/her productivity and quality standards in accordance with Client expectations, or as defined by Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Essential Job Functions
- Assist with new hire orientation and training inclusive of Client-specific information.
- Assist with system problems by answering field employee questions or directing questions to the appropriate party.
- Manage workflow and productivity, as requested.
- Perform trauma data functions, as necessary.
