The Transport Planner (Analyst level) based in Tarlac-Feeds manages daily customer orders by planning, prioritizing, and tracking deliveries to ensure dispatch aligns with agreed service levels for optimal customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Order Fulfillment & Transport Supervisor, this role coordinates closely with internal departments such as Sales and Accounting, as well as external 3rd‑party truckers and shipping lines. Key responsibilities include executing inbound and outbound logistics workflows using SAP S/4HANA, managing carrier selection and master data, handling freight document distribution, and processing financial settlements like Freight Settlement Documents (FSDs), credit memos, and cost distributions. Performance is measured against specific targets, including processing FSDs within 3 days, logging Proof of Delivery (POD) on day 0, and maintaining at least an 80% score for on-time delivery and issue resolution.
