We are a leading freight and logistics company based in Gauteng and currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager. As a Transport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of operations in order to service our customers diligently.

Duties & Responsibilities Plan, implement and maintain operational activities of applicable contracts in accordance with company policies, goals, and strategic objectives. Duties include: Monitor internal operational costs, fleet utilization, fleet downtime, and resources to achieve budgeting results and other financial criteria including PBIT, NWC (Net Working Capital). Implement and monitor all operational activities to ensure compliance with operational protocols, legal, health, safety, and other regulatory requirements. Optimize routes and fleet utilization.
