Job Description
Transport & Customs Specialist
Reporting to the Global Transport & Customs Manager, you will be responsible for supporting import and export operations by managing customs compliance and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise import and export processes.
- Prepare, review, and validate customs documentation.
- Coordinate clearances with customs agents, freight forwarders, and official bodies.
- Ensure compliance with national and international customs regulations.
- Apply tariff classification of goods (HS codes).
- Manage certificates of origin, Incoterms, and customs regimes.
- Resolve customs incidents and follow up on inspections.
- Keep regulatory and normative information updated.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs management with training and knowledge in International Trade or Logistics.
