Fixed Term/Full‑Time, 80 hours per fortnight (1FTE).
About the Role
As a Transport Administrator you will play a vital role in helping patients access healthcare services by coordinating travel and accommodation through the National Travel Assistance Scheme. You will work with patients, whānau, clinical teams, transport providers and accommodation services to ensure travel arrangements are organised efficiently, accurately and with a strong focus on patient experience. You will manage travel bookings, process applications and claims, maintain accurate records, coordinate invoices and provide exceptional customer service to patients navigating their journey.
