Position Summary/Description:
The Division of Transplant Surgery of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking candidates for a full-time faculty position. This position is being recruited as an open-rank, open-track appointment at an FTE between 0.5 FTE and 1.0 FTE . The successful applicant will provide clinical services for patients with liver disease, and renal disease. Duties include, but are not limited to, attending on abdominal transplant inpatient services and outpatient clinics for patients being evaluated for transplantation and those patients in the post-transplant period. The individual will be involved in all facets of transplant surgery including kidney transplant, liver transplant, pancreas transplant, organ procurements both living and deceased.
