Job Description
The Transmission Performance Manager plays a critical role within MBNL’s Operational Services environment, leading the performance, resilience, and continuous improvement of the Transmission domain while contributing to wider network outcomes. Working across MBNL, shareholders, and suppliers, the role ensures services are delivered against agreed KPIs and expectations. Acting as a key interface, it combines performance insight, supplier management, and technical expertise to protect service availability and drive improvement.
