Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Transmission Components Structures Engineer to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite.

In this role, you will assess the durability and integrity of internal transmission parts, solve complex mechanical design issues on in‑service engines, and collaborate with specialists to validate designs through analysis and testing. You’ll also document and communicate results clearly to support engineering decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thermal, stress, and fatigue analyses on transmission components (gearboxes, shafts, bearings, seals, oil systems).
• Evaluate structural integrity and predict component fatigue life for existing and developing engine designs.
