Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage Progression:
• $32.08/hour after 1000 hours
• $29.68/hour from 640 to 1000 hours
• $28.07/hour from 320 to 640 hours
• $26.47/hour for the first 320 hours
• Paid 2-week training at $18.25

Knowledge And Experience

• A valid Class 1 or 2 driver's license with air brake endorsement.
• Driver's abstract with no more than 3 demerit points and a demonstrated record of safe and responsible driving over the past 5 years.
• Significant skills dealing effectively with the public, including demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, problem solving, and sound decision‑making in positions providing customer service.
• Ability to understand, speak, and write English in order to communicate effectively with the traveling public and to report on incidents involving safety and/or service.
