Transformation Manager

Freshwater Recruitment are working with a well-established business that are going through a major, enterprise wide transformation. We are looking to hire an experienced Transformation Manager to help drive key projects and deliver operational change across the organisation.

This role would suit someone who is happy to work in fast-moving environments and has experience of delivering projects from initial idea through to successful delivery and adoption. We are specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong background in delivering end-to-end projects, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You’ll be joining a growing, central Transformation function. The successful candidate will work across the business, building strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring projects remain on track, aligned to business goals, and deliver measurable results.
