Transactional Accounts Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and detail focused Transactional Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across transactional finance who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering accurate work, and wants to broaden their experience across Accounts Receivable, Banking and Accounts Payable.

Reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring our day to day financial operations run smoothly, while working closely with colleagues across the wider business.

What you'll be doing:

Accounts Receivable

* Preparing and issuing sales invoices, credit notes and commission payment instructions

* Allocating customer receipts and investigating unallocated cash

* Resolving customer queries and carrying out credit control activities

* Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
