Transaction Associate

The Transaction Associate will join a team of five other legal professionals which oversees all legal aspects of a Southeast Asian aviation group’s operations, transactions, and compliance efforts. This role requires a proven transaction lawyer who is commercially minded and can manage and drive leasing and other transactions from start to finish.
